What are Recurring Plans? What are they for?

Modified on Thu, 15 Jul 2021 at 11:15 AM

Creating recurring plans can save you a lot of time and give you the flexibility to review the invoices before sending them out to your customers. What's even better is the option it gives you to save a plan as a template. This, for instance, lets you assign a plan to a newly added child quickly.

Important:

Editing a saved plan template DOES NOT mean that you have edited a plan that has already been assigned to the child(ren). Plans that are already active will need to be selected and edited individually to change the charged amounts. Each plan assigned is independent, and thus can be modified to suit each child’s needs.

Tip: A child can be part of multiple plans; for example, you can set up one plan for term-time days and another for a holiday play scheme.
