This is where you set up your centre's calendar and enter the details about your financial year, term times, holidays, products and pricing. 


How do you set up a Financial Year?

1. Go to Centre Settings on your Dashboard.

2. Click 'Financial Year'.

3. Click on the + icon on the top right.

4. Save.

5. Repeat as required.


How do you add Holidays/Closure days?


1. Click the tab for 'closure days'.


2. Click on the + icon on the top right.


3. Add details and Save. 



You won't be able to update the bookings for any of the days you mark as 'closed'.


How do you add your Term Time?


1. Click the tab for Term Time.


2. Click on the + icon on the top right.


3. Enter the details.


4. Select the dates/days by clicking on the relevant dates of the calendar.


5. Save.


If term time does not apply to your centre, update a full year term time instead.


How do you set up Products?


Your 'products' are the different services/packages you offer at your centre.  For example, if you are a nursery your packages could be 'full-time sessions', 'AM sessions', 'PM sessions' etc. If you are an out of school club, it could be 'Breakfast club', 'After school club', 'Holiday club' etc.


To set up your products:


1. Click the tab for 'Products'.


2. Click on the + icon on the top right.


3. Enter the details.


4. Drag and select the days.


5. Save.


How do you set up your Pricing?


1. Click the tab for Pricing.


2. Enter the price for each session directly in the column next to 'Timing'.


3. Press 'Enter' to Save.


   

  Your customers won't be able to make any online bookings with you if the price status is 'not updated'  for sessions with type 'Adhoc'.
