To create your registration form:


1. Go to Registrations Dashboard.


2. Click the 'Edit Form' symbol for your customisable registration form template.


You can edit or delete fields and add your centre's information to customise the form to your requirements.


Editing a field:


1. Hover your cursor on the required field.
2. Click on the 'Edit' symbol.


3. Enter the text you want to display on your form.


4. Mark as Mandatory if required.


5. Save. And that's it!



Deleting a field:


1. Hover your cursor on the required field.


2. Click on the 'Delete' symbol. 


3. Press 'Confirm'.


The deleted field will appear greyed out to you, but it will not be visible to your customers. You can always come back to restore the field if you require it in the future.


Restoring a deleted field:


1. Click on the 'restore' symbol visible on the deleted field.


2. Press 'Restore'.


Adding your website's email address:


1. Go to the last page of your registration form. 


2. Hover your cursor on the field marked 'Any other instructions'.


3. Click on the 'Edit' symbol. 


4. Change the text if required and Insert your centre's email address and website URL (if any) in the space provided.



And don't forget to change your centre name too before you click 'Publish'!
