We've introduced an advanced enterprise level email delivery and log tracking feature which will give you a complete breakdown of which ones were delivered and which fell through the cracks of the internet.
Here's how you can track status after you send an email communication:
Head to Dashboard > Communication Centre > Parent Communication
Click on Delivery Status
Here you'll see an option to view the status of email delivery. If sending fails, you also have the option to retry sending failed messages with one click.
You can also quickly filter the status by Sent/ Failed.
