Every account registered with Cheqdin will have a unique Customer ID.
A customer ID helps the support or technical team to quickly locate your account and provide you with prompt service and a faster turnaround for your queries. Hence, it is important to provide our support team with your Customer ID when you contact us.
To find your customer ID, you need to be logged in to the Cheqdin web portal using the centre's login credentials.
Here's where you can find your customer ID:
- Log in to your centre's account on the web portal
- On 'Home', click on the 'Contact Us' tab
- 'Your Customer ID' will be displayed at the top of the page
- Alternatively, you can also find your Customer ID by going to 'My Account' > 'Profile'
