How to redeem a discount coupon or apply a promo code?

• Valid until coupons last for an upgrade on or before 29 February 2024, 23:59 UTC.
• This offer is not applicable to Cheqdin Activate, Rise, Lite and Enterprise customers.
• Offer is available only for purchase/ upgrades to a prime annual subscription plan. You'll be able to apply only one offer at a time. The offer is not applicable to any monthly plans.
• For new customers, when you upgrade your plan with this offer, your discounted price is for the first year only. Your subscription plan will auto-renew at the original non-discounted rate in your next billing cycle. 
• If you have an existing subscription plan with us and upgrade with a discount coupon or offer, you will receive a discount only for the extra tier you are upgrading to. For instance, if you are currently on a 100-children plan and upgrading to the 125-children plan, you get a discount only for the additional 25 children. The discount is then prorated for the remaining time of your current billing cycle.
• The offer is available to all new or existing customers upgrading a prime annual plan. 
• To redeem the discount offer, new and existing customers should log in to our online web portal, select the annual plan they wish to upgrade, and apply the code on the order summary page. You will also be able to see the full breakdown of your subscription plan costs, billing cycle dates and more on the order summary page. 
• Excluded products will not count towards any qualifying conditions for offers and will not benefit from any promotional discounts.
• Discount codes cannot be applied for regular monthly or annual auto-renewals. Any offer codes can only be used when you upgrade your plan, and the offer is valid only for the upgrade tier (number of children) selected at the point of upgrade. 
• Our Terms of use and privacy policy supplement this promotion's terms and conditions.
• Any supplementary charges or taxes, if applicable, shall not be discounted.
• Refunds for subscriptions/ upgrades purchased under a promotional offer will be based on the terms of our refund policy. Your statutory rights are not affected.
• We shall not be liable for any financial loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of any promotion or any failure or inability of a customer to take advantage of a promotion for any reason.
• All promotions are subject to availability. We reserve the right to end a promotion or offer at any time without any prior notice.
