You'll need your customer ID to book a training session with us. 


Your training request will be automatically cancelled by the system if you enter an incorrect customer ID or if you are on a 'Rise Plan'.


Remember to double-check your customer ID before making your booking request. Here's where you can find your ID. Log in to your account on the web portal > Contact us > Customer ID. You can also view your customer ID in 'Account Settings'.  


Note: 

All Cheqdin prime customers are eligible for up to 2 free training sessions. All Cheqdin enterprise customers are eligible for free training sessions and bespoke training modules can be arranged on request. Customers on a free plan will not be eligible for one-to-one training.
