Here's how you can assign students to a recurring invoice plan template.
Step 1: Go to Billing> Recurring Plans >Saved Templates.
Step 2: Select the plan to which you would like to add students and click on the ellipses icon (...).
Step 3: Click on View/Edit.
Step 4: Make changes and click Update.
Important!
Editing a saved template DOES NOT mean that you have edited a plan that has already been assigned to a student. Plans that are already active will need to be edited directly in order to save changes. Each assigned plan is a separate copy, allowing for individualised adjustments based on each student's needs.
Changes will be reflected in Recurring Plan> Saved Templates.
All students who are added to the plan after making these changes will have these plan changes allocated automatically.
