Parents or carers who have lost their login credentials may contact you for assistance in accessing the parent portal and mobile apps. In such instances, you can simply resend parent login details.
Parents can use the same login details for both the parents portal and mobile apps.
Here's how to re-send login details to parents:
- Go to 'Parent Communication' > ' Parent Access Control'
- Click on the select all box or select individually if you wish to resend details for just one parent.
Once the selection is made, click on the 'Email Icon'.
This will trigger emails with login details to parents.
If parents do not receive the emails, ask them to check their spam/junk folders.
