How to add a sibling to a family account if a parent record already exists?

1. Head to Centre settings  > Children's register

2. Add the child manually by clicking on the + icon on the top pane

3. Complete all fields in Step 1 of 'Add Child'

4. Click on the 'Parent already exists' option in Step 2. Parents Information tab

5. Enter the respective parent's PIN number and the system will auto-fetch the parent's details.

6. Click 'Save'.

Parents PIN Numbers are available in the Centre settings > Parent Access Control > Enrolled Tab (Column 6 - PIN Number)
