How can I keep track of enquiries that are received offline?

The Enquiry form and dashboard are designed to help automate and keep track of the leads and enquiries you receive. However, we do understand that not all enquiries happen online, some are offline - for example, if a customer phones in or visits your centre directly to enquire about a place. 


You can update the enquiry manually via the enquiries dashboard every time you receive a new offline enquiry. Add any internal (private) notes for each enquiry as desired. 


We highly recommend that you automate the enquiry process:


1. If not done already, embed the enquiry form to your website and ask parents to submit an enquiry via the website

2. You can make changes anytime to all enquiries via the dashboard. 

3. Be sure to share the enquiry form link with parents and carers to make an enquiry submission and eventually when you're ready, invite them to register directly from your enquiries dashboard.
