How to manage the enquiries dashboard?

Modified on Thu, 17 Mar, 2022 at 10:17 AM

With Cheqdin's enquiry form, you have two options to handle incoming enquiries:

a) Using the online enquiry form (automated process)

b) Manually add an enquiry to your account (centre administered)

If you do not wish to enter an enquiry manually, you can publish your enquiry form and share or embed it so that you can start taking enquiries directly from your customers. You will be notified by email once an enquiry is submitted online.

Option A - Using the online enquiry form:

To design, publish and share your enquiry form, see the article:

How to create, publish and embed an enquiry form?

Option B - To manually add an enquiry:

- Go to the 'Registrations' tab on the left menu bar on your home page.

- Click on 'Enquiries'

- Click on 'Add Enquiry'

- Fill out the information, submit and save.

Whichever option you choose to add an enquiry, you can add internal (private) notes for enquiries right from your dashboard.

Here's how you can add internal notes:

- Go to the 'Enquiry' that you wish to add notes for

- Click on the Elipses '...' under the action tab

- Click on 'Add Internal Notes

Here you can manage status or add comments related to the enquiry that you wish to make a note of.

Once you have decided its time for the parent or carer to register their child(ren) at your centre, you can simply use the 'Send an invitation to Register' to share your 'Registration Form link' with the customer. This will speed up your enquiry to registration process workflow and makes it convenient to control enquiries and invite potential customers to register directly.

You will be notified once a parent or carer submits a registration form.
