What are Recurring Plans?
Recurring plans are pre-defined billing arrangements that automatically generate invoices at regular intervals, such as weekly and monthly, for ongoing invoices. These plans are commonly used for billing customers with set weekly and monthly pricing.

Cheqdin's weekly and monthly recurring plans allow you to automatically generate and save invoices to drafts or send them automatically.

Auto Send option for sending invoices:

Automated recurring invoices will be generated and sent on the specified billing day without any manual intervention.

Save Invoices to Drafts option:

Create a plan ahead of time by saving the invoices as drafts. This allows you to review and make any adjustments before approving it for sending. You can easily access and manage drafts from the drafts section, giving you control over when invoices are sent out.

What are Saved Templates:

Saved templates allow you to create a recurring plan once and then use it for multiple students without having to start from scratch. With auto-send, invoices are automatically generated and sent out, saving time and effort. Additionally, you can easily edit the details later to fit your needs.
