How can I send messages to parents regarding their registrations?

The 'Registration Messenger' on your registrations dashboard allows you to send messages to parents who have submitted their forms.



Important:

You can send messages to parents only if the student/child is in enrolled status.


1. Go to your 'Registrations Dashboard'.




2. To message parents and carers, you can click on either the 'Messenger' icon or the 'Chat Icon'. Once you do that, you will be taken to the chat messages screen which shows the messages exchanged between the centre and a parent. You can also send attachments and documents using the chat feature. When you send a chat message, the parent/carer will receive an email notification. Parents can view the chat messages from the parents portal or notebook mobile app.
