My First CheqForm - How to create an Online Registration Form?

Getting started with CheqForm and creating your registration form is quite simple and takes only a few minutes.

Step 1. Pick a template & customise the form fields



Once you have picked a template of your choice, you can customise it to your requirements, such as: 

  • Edit, rename or soft delete fields
  • Add custom fields to your registration form
  • Pick a stock-free photo from Unsplash or upload your own photo
  • Add your terms of service under the section 7 tab in the form - Terms of Service

Step 2. Design stunning welcome and thank you pages


Your welcome page will be the first thing your customers will see. Make it count and design your page so that your customers can instantly recognise your brand and services. 



Here you can: 

  • Update your business contact details
  • Upload your logo
  • Have a banner (cover) image, custom description of your services, custom button name etc

The thank-you page is the page your customers will see just before signing off/ once the registration form is submitted. You have multiple options here to redirect your visitors to any page you want such as your website or any other URL. You can also update your social media handle links to keep your customers updated on your services.

Step 3. Set up payment methods to collect fees (Optional) 


You can set up payment options via Stripe or PayPal or use both to collect debit/credit card payments online from your customers. This step is optional, if you do not wish to collect fees, skip to step 4.    






Step 4. Publish & Share Your Form


Publishing your form will give you a unique link that can be shared anywhere on social media or embedded into your website if you have one. You can also email your registration form link (URL) to your customers. 


Click the 'View My Form' button to view/ preview the form to see what it looks like.
