Can I create more than one registration form? - Multiple CheqForms

With CheqForm, Cheqdin's online registration module, you can create and publish as many registration forms as you like. 

To create a new form, go to 'Admissions' > 'Registration Forms' and click on the '+ New Form' button. 

For convenience and ease of use (for your internal use only), we recommend you rename each form and update the form and design settings to suit your requirements. You can create and save as many forms as required, for example, school forms, out-of-school club forms, nursery forms, etc.
