Will my customer get invoiced automatically for all online/ad hoc bookings?

If you'd like to trigger automatic invoices to your customers every time they make an online booking, you'll need to select the 'invoice immediately' option when you set up your online bookings. 


If you haven't done this already, you can:


1. Go to your 'online booking dashboard'.


2. Click on 'Edit Form'.


3. Go to 'Define Payment Options'.


4. Select 'Invoice Immediately'.





Now, if you choose to go for 'invoice later', the system will not trigger automated invoices with each booking. 


You can club all bookings for each child and generate invoices at a later point using our 'rules-based invoicing' or even any other third party invoicing system of your choice. This option is ideal if you do prefer not to send out invoices to your customers every time they make a booking.
