How do I manage my registration pipeline with Cheqdin?

Our registration pipeline helps you manage your leads and keep track of the progress of each application you receive at your centre.

Editing your Registration Pipeline:

You can manually edit and update a child's status as the application progresses. 

For example, if a child has a tour of your centre, you can add the child's details to your system and mark their status as 'toured'. You can click on the drop-down list under  'current status' and make subsequent changes to 'waitlisted', 'closed'  or 'enrolled' as the application progress. 


What status will the parents see when I update my pipeline?

Here is a look at what the different statuses on your dashboard mean, and the corresponding status that will be displayed on your customer's dashboard:
