How do I manage my registration pipeline with Cheqdin? Registration status explained.

Our registration pipeline enables you to efficiently manage your leads and track the progress of each application received at your centre.



Editing your Registration Pipeline:


You can manually edit and update a student or child's status as their application progresses. 


For example, if a child has a tour of your centre, you can add the child's details to your system and mark their status as 'toured'. You can click on the drop-down list under  'current status' and make subsequent changes to 'waitlisted', 'closed'  or 'enrolled' as the application progresses.



How to view a child or student's application status?


To view an applicant's current status, go to 'Admissions' > 'Registration Dashboard' and click on the application status bar under the pipeline column. 






How do you change a child or student's application status? 


To change a child's application status of a child from the registration dashboard, follow these steps: 


1. Next to the child's name, scroll to the right and click on the three dots '...' located under the action column. 

2. Then, click on 'Change Status' and select the new status you want to update to. 

3. Finally, click on 'Confirm Changes' to complete the process.








What status will the parents or carers see when I update my pipeline?


Below is an overview of the different statuses on your registration dashboard and the corresponding status that will be displayed on your parents' dashboard in the parents portal:
