I am unable to archive my registration forms. What do I do?

We offer a convenient archive feature that allows you to store and access your registration records at any time. However, please note that this feature is only available on our paid subscription plans. If you would like to take advantage of this feature and more, please consider upgrading your subscription plan. Our paid plans offer a variety of additional benefits, such as increased student capacity, advanced billing and payment features, and priority customer support. Upgrading is easy and can be done directly from your account settings.

With either of these plans, you will be able to securely archive your data, allowing you to easily retrieve it as needed. Our Prime plan offers basic archiving capabilities, while our Enterprise plan provides more advanced archiving options for businesses with greater data storage needs.
