Access Notebook Messenger from the Webportal & Apps - Centre

Accessing Notebook Messenger through your web portal:

You can access Notebook Messenger from your web portal by heading to 'Parent Communication' > 'Notebook Messenger'.

Accessing Notebook Messenger through your mobile app:

You will be able to chat with parents only from the Notebook>>I'm Staff login. 

Here is how you can set up your Notebook logins:

1. Head to Centre settings> Staff. Create a staff member profile with App access.

2. Go to 'Room/Class' and give the relevant room access to the newly added staff member.

3. Trigger a welcome email to staff, this will send the login credentials to their email.

4. Use the received staff login details to sign in to the Notebook App via the 'I'm a staff 'option.
