Can parents mark their child as absent from the apps?

No. Only the centre can mark children as absent from the Cheqdin app, Notebook app or web portal. 

If a parent wants to report an absence to the centre, they can simply message the centre via Cheqdin's Notebook messenger or by using the parents portal messenger.
