Designing your Welcome Page

To make changes to your welcome page or otherwise known as the landing page(s) (a page your customers will see), go to Step 2 - 'Landing Pages' of your registration form.

How to edit the welcome page?

There are two ways in which you can get to the design page menu:

- Via Registrations > Registration Forms > Click on any of the forms you have created and skip to Step 2 - Landing Pages option displayed at the top of the page

 (OR)

- Via Registrations > Forms > Click on the ellipsis button '...' (three dots) to open the design settings page

Once you are on the design page, click on the 'Welcome Page' tab. Here you can click on any of the available options to make changes. The welcome page is the first thing that your customers will see, we recommend that you update the description with your organisation's details, products and services.

Important:

You can only update and customise all options if you're on a paid subscription plan. Free plan users can only edit the description, button name, some images and form settings. Logos cannot be changed or edited on a free plan.

Below is an example of how a customised welcome page will look once updated with a cover image, logo, service description, branded colour custom button etc.

Designing your Thank-You Page

The thank-you page is the last page your customers will see as part of the registration process.

How to edit the Thank-You page?

Similar to the welcome page settings, there are two ways in which you can get to the design page menu:

- Via Registrations > Registration Forms > Click on any of the forms you have created and skip to Step 2 - Landing pages option displayed at the top of the page

 (OR)

- Via Registrations > Forms > Click on the ellipsis button '...' to open the design page

Once you are on the design page, click on the 'Thank You Page' tab. Here you can click on any of the available options to make changes. The thank-you page is the last step in your registration process; hence we recommend that you update the page with any additional information or resources that could be useful to your customer. For example, update your social media handle links so that your customers can follow your setting or school on social media. Customise the thank-you button as a re-direct tool and update it with a URL to direct users to your website's home page.

Below is an example of how a customised thank-you page will look once updated with an image such as your logo, social media links and any useful information on the next steps your customer can expect such as registration application processing, response time etc.
