Step 3 : How to design and update welcome and thank you pages?

Modified on Mon, 18 Mar at 2:18 PM

Designing your Welcome Page

To edit your landing page(s) (the page seen by customers), go to Step 3 - 'Landing Pages' in your registration form.

How to edit the welcome page?

Go to 'Admissions' > Registration Forms > Click on any of the forms you have created and skip to Step 3 - Landing Pages option displayed at the top of the page

Once you navigate to the design page, you'll find various options that you can click on to make changes. It's worth noting that the welcome page is the first encounter your customers will have with your brand, so we highly recommend updating the description with your organisation's contact information, including its products and services.

Important:

You can only update and customise all options if you're on a paid subscription plan. Free plan users can only edit the description, button name, some images and form settingsLogos cannot be changed or edited on a free (Rise) plan.

Below is an example of how a customised welcome page will look once updated, including a cover image, logo, service description, branded colour custom button etc.

Designing your Thank-You Page

The thank-you page is the last page your customers will see as part of the registration process.

How to edit the Thank-You page?

Similar to the welcome page settings, there are two ways in which you can get to the design page menu:

Go to 'Admissions' > 'Registration Forms' > Click on any of the forms you have created and skip to Step 3 - Landing Pages option displayed at the top of the page.

Once on the design page, click the 'Thank You Page' tab and the page will appear as shown below:

Here, you'll find several options that you can click on to make necessary changes. The thank-you page is the final step in your registration process, which is why we strongly recommend you update it with additional information or resources that could be beneficial to your customers. For instance, you can update your social media handle links to enable your customers to follow your setting or school on various social media platforms. You can also customize the thank-you button as a redirect tool and update it with a URL to direct users to your website's homepage.

Below is an example of how a customised thank-you page will look once updated with an image such as your logo, social media links and any useful information on the next steps your customer can expect, such as registration application processing, response time, etc.
