Upon downloading the Notebook by Cheqdin mobile app, you will be prompted to enable push notifications. Give the app permission to send real-time notifications.
How to enable push notifications on an iOS (Apple) device:
1. When prompted, Click on 'Allow'
2. Ensure 'Background App Refresh' and 'Mobile Data' are enabled for a reliable connection
3. Under 'Notifications' > toggle 'Allow Notifications' to on.
How to enable push notifications on an Android device:
1. When prompted, Click on 'Allow'
2. Under settings, go to 'App Info' or Click on Notebook app info to view the app notification settings and ensure that notifications are enabled.
3. In the 'App Notifications' section, toggle 'Allow Notifications' to on.
