How to add or register a sibling to my parents portal account?

You can only register one child at a time (when submitting a registration form). If you wish to register or add a sibling to your account, this will have to be done separately. 

Once you have completed the registration process for one child using the registration form, you can easily add another child or sibling by logging into the parents portal. This will enable you to register all your children and link them to a single family account. You can edit or update any information at any time after registration.

To add or register a sibling to your parent account: 

1. Log in to the parents portal by visiting this link: 
   https://cheqdin.com/login/parent
2. On your dashboard, click on ' New Registration'
3. Select the appropriate registration form for your childcare centre. If you are unsure which option to choose, please contact your centre manager for guidance
4. Select the registration form for your centre. If you are unsure which form to choose, please contact your centre manager for guidance
5. Follow the instructions, fill up the registration form and Submit. After you submit the registration form, you will receive an email confirming the newly submitted registration

Important, please read: 

You can only add a sibling account directly from the parent portal. The registration section of your parent portal is only available if you have at least one child already registered. If you have not yet registered at least one child account, you must complete the registration of the first child via the registration link provided by your centre. Once the first child is registered, you can come back to the portal and add other sibling accounts directly.

Alternatively, your childcare centre can add a sibling on your behalf if they permit it.

You cannot add or create bookings for a child unless the centre has approved their application and the application is in 'Enrolled' status.
