You can update your contact details at any time through the parents portal. Log in to the parents portal to make changes: https://cheqdin.com/login/parent
To update parent contact details:
- Log in to your parent account
- Click on your Profile/Avatar icon
- Click on 'Account Settings'
- Under the account tab, make changes and click 'Save'
IMPORTANT!
Please be reminded that only the 'Primary' parent has the necessary account privilege to modify the contact information of the secondary parent. If you encounter any difficulties while updating your contact details, please reach out to your centre manager directly. Alternatively, you can submit a support ticket by email to support@cheqdin.com
