Once issued by the centre, all invoices are automatically sent to the primary parent's registered email address. Both primary and secondary parents or carers can view all invoices and receipts for a child on the parent's portal.
Here's how you can view or download an invoice or receipt from the parents portal:
1. Log in to the parents portal and select 'My Payments'
2. Select the child's name
3. Click on the Invoices tab, and under the action tab, click on the ellipsis (three dots) '...'
4. Click on the 'View Invoice' or 'View Receipt' icon under the column named action
5. A pop-up page displaying your invoice/receipt details will appear. Please disable pop-up blockers, if any, on your browser to access this page. You can then choose to print or download the invoice.
