To view your children's booking summary and invoices, you can do this from your parents' portal account (parent portal access required). If you are yet to receive your parent portal access details via email, please contact your centre in the first instance.
Here's how you can view bookings and invoices in the parents portal:
Step 1: Log in to Parents Portal with your login credentials
Enter the email address you registered with at the centre and the password. The email address you had registered and the password can be found in the email you received from the centre when you first registered. You can also change or reset your password at any time.
Important
Please ensure that you select the 'Parents' login option. Here is the link to the parents portal with the option selected as default: https://cheqdin.com/app/portal/public/login?type=parents
Step 2: Click on 'My Payments'
To view your bookings, invoices and payments, click on the 'My Payments' menu icon.
Step 3: Select a profile
Click on the profile that you wish to view the invoices or booking summary. Please note that you can only view profiles that you are either a primary or secondary parent/carer contact for. If you cannot see your child's profile name displayed here, please contact the centre directly in the first instance.
Step 4: Invoices and Bookings Summary Page
On this page, you can click on the invoices tab to view the child's invoices or the bookings tab to display booking details. You can also export information in pdf or excel form by clicking on the 'Download PDF' or 'Download CSV' icons. All bookings and invoices associated with your account will appear here, even the bookings added by your centre, if any, will appear here. You will also receive any invoices or booking confirmation via email as normal.
