On the web portal, go to 'Parent Communication' > 'Parent Access Control'. This page will give you the usage metrics of all the registered parents and allow you to edit their emails if necessary. You can see the parents who have been active or inactive or the parents who haven't logged into their Cheqdin account in a while.
All the parents' details from your students register and online registration forms will be automatically updated in the Parent Access Control.
How to edit a parent's email address?
1. Scroll to the right, next to the parent name
2. Click on the ellipses symbol (...)
3. Click on the 'Edit' icon.
4. Enter the email address, and click 'Save'.
How to edit a parent's PIN number?
1. Scroll to the right, next to the parent name
2. Click on the ellipses symbol (...)
3. Click on 'Change PIN'.
4. Make the changes and click 'Save'.
