How can I know if parents or carers have setup direct debit?

You can view the current status of direct debit for each child under the direct debit status bar in your 'Billing Dashboard'.



When a billpayer has completed the direct debit set up, you will see the status on your dashboard as 'Setup Complete'.

In addition to the status change on your dashboard, you will also receive an email confirmation from 'GoCardless for Cheqdin' with the name of the bill payer who has completed setup. You can retain this confirmation for your records.  


 

You also have the option to cancel a direct debit which has already been set up or send a reminder to a parent/billpayer to set up a direct debit.
