How can I send reminders to parents for setting up direct debit?

If the parents/carers you have sent the direct debit link to, haven't set up their accounts,   you can send them a reminder via your 'Billing Dashboard'.



Once you've sent a reminder to the parent/bill payer, the status on your dashboard will change to 'DD Reminder Sent' and will also have a date stamp of when the reminder was sent.
