How do set up my online booking form and update online booking settings?

Modified on Thu, 25 Jan at 9:35 PM

By creating and sharing an online booking form (booking link), parents and carers can easily schedule ad hoc sessions with your centre.

On the web portal, head to 'Online Bookings' > 'Online Booking Dashboard' > 'Online Booking Settings'

Step 1: Create a cheqbook (online booking form)

On the 'Create Cheqbook' page, you can set up products and update your contact details and booking terms and conditions.

After updating all your ad hoc products, you can view them by clicking the 'View Products' button under 'Online Booking Setup'.

Click the help article linked below to learn how to set up ad hoc products:

Step 2: Payment methods (online and offline payments)
In this step, you can define how you wish to collect payments - Online or Offline.

  • To accept debit/credit card payments online, set up PayPal for business or Stripe. To learn more, see PayPal or Stripe Integrations.
  • For other offline payment options, you can add up to eight custom payment options of your choice. The most commonly used offline payment options are Cash, Bank Transfer, Childcare Voucher, Taxfree Childcare, Cheque, Pay Later, Pay In Instalments etc.

Step 4: Publish your booking form and share the link online on your Facebook page, email or messages

Once you change the status of the booking form to 'Published', you can share the form link.
