You will be able to preview what your customer will see by clicking on the 'View form' button on the 'Share & Insights' page.
Parents' view of your online Booking form:
When a parent or carer clicks on your booking link (shared on your website and/ or social media/text/email), they'll see your details in the format below:
Parents and carers will be able to search based on dates, sessions, age groups etc and the system will display available booking options as per the conditions you set up for online bookings. If they have already registered with your centre, they can log in as an existing user and continue to make bookings. If not, we will direct them to fill out your online registration form to capture the child details before they continue.
Parents and carers can then select their session(s) and choose one of the payment options you have configured to complete their booking.
Once a booking is submitted, both you and the parent will be notified through email.
