Can you add a field for additional emergency contacts in the registration form?

Yes, you can add up to a maximum of five emergency contacts for a child. You can customise your registration form to include additional emergency contact fields as required. 

To add additional emergency contact fields in your registration form: 

1. Go to your Registration Dashboard.

2. Click on the icon for 'Edit Form'.

3. Go to Page 3 - Emergency Contacts.

4. Edit/Delete/Restore fields by clicking on the 'Edit' symbol
