How to add a field or additional emergency contacts in the registration form?

Yes, you can add additional custom fields to the registration form. You can customise your registration form to include any extra fields that you require.



To add additional emergency contact fields in your registration form: 


1. Go to 'Admissions' > 'Registration Forms' > Select the form.


2. On the 'Create Form' page, select which part of the form you wish to amend or customise and click on the '+ Add Field' button.







Select the field type you require and click 'Next.' Update the field labels and click 'Create Field'. Your custom field is now ready to be used with your registration form.
