How do parents receive their logins when they register or book with us online?

Our system will automatically trigger an email with the logins (to the parents' registered email ID) when they submit their online registration forms.


If parents are making an online booking with your centre for the first time and haven't registered with you previously, they will be asked to fill in their registration forms before proceeding with their application. An email containing instructions on how to access their parent account and login will be sent to the email address provided at the time of registration.


Parents and carers can be managed in the parent access control section of parent communication, including resending login details and PIN numbers.
