You must log in to the Notebook with 'I'm Staff' to post photos/videos, daily diaries and chat with parents.
In case you haven't done it, here's a quick way to set up access to the Notebook App:
1. Head to Centre Settings > Staff. Create a staff member profile with App access.
2. Go to 'Room/Class' and give the relevant room access to the newly added staff member.
3. Trigger a welcome email from the staff section, which will contain the logins to access the Notebook app.
4. Use the logins received to log in to the Notebook App > I'm a staff option to post daily dairies/photo videos/access messenger, etc.
