I'm not able to see any daily reports or photos the centre has published for my child?

If the centre your child is enrolled on is sending you information on what your child has been doing through the day (daily diaries or activity reports), but you can’t view these, you have two steps to follow first:


• Reach out to the centre and make sure they have published the posts or reports that you are looking for.

• Please make sure you have the 'Notebook by Cheqdin' app downloaded on your mobile device. You cannot view photos, videos or daily diaries in the Cheqdin app (our other mobile app). You can view this information only if you have downloaded the 'Notebook by Cheqdin' app from the app stores. If you do not have the app downloaded, you won’t be able to view the information.


Downloading the Apps

1. Head to the app store on your smartphone or tablet.

2. We have two apps, so you need to install them individually. 

3. Search the app store by using the keyword 'Notebook by Cheqdin'.

4. Install the apps and log in.

If you have not already received login credentials from the centre, please contact them and ask them to send you the logins, which will be received at your registered email address. Your username and password for the parents portal and mobile apps are the same.
