Send an email informing parents about Cheqdin

 

Now it's time to let parents and carers at your centre know about your new and exciting partnership with Cheqdin and how it can help them stay connected with your centre. We highly recommend giving parents a heads up by sharing the attached documents by email so that parents can learn more on what they can expect from Cheqdin and how to get started as a parent.


For emailing parents, you can use our 'E-mail Invite for Parents' template. Be sure to update your centres contact details prior to hitting that 'Send' button. 


Once you are done formatting the email template, you can proceed to attach additional documents. 

There are two invitation documents that you can share with parents. Feel free to choose one or both documents to share as much or as little information as you like.

Document 2 ) A quick start PDF document for Parents


You can edit the attached Powerpoint presentation. Be sure to upload your centre's logo and contact information before you distribute it to your customers. You may delete or edit pages/features applicable to your centre.
