Different ways to enrol students | Option C: Using Online Bookings Link

With Cheqdin, there are three ways in which you can enrol children into the system.

Option A        : Submissions through CheqForm - Using your custom registrations link 

Option B        : Submissions through the Children's Register 

Option C       : Submissions through CheqBook - Using your custom bookings link 

In this article, we'll explore Option C: Using Bookings Link 

Make sure you have set up and published your custom online bookings link (CheqBook)

Go to 'Online Bookings' > 'Online Booking Setup' and complete your booking form settings.

• Share your custom bookings link (CheqBook) link with your customers. Your online bookings are linked to your occupancy planner, hence if you've set any days as not available or if you're fully booked, parents will be prevented from making any bookings with your centre. 
• When a parent makes a booking, log-in details for the parent will be automatically triggered by the system to their registered email address. 
• Any bookings made will be available in the 'Online Bookings Dashboard' and in the 'Booking Details' section.
• To reach more parents and increase bookings at your centre, we recommend publishing and sharing your online bookings link on multiple platforms such as your website, social media etc. To learn more, see the article:
