With Cheqdin, there are three ways in which you can enrol students/children into the system. To learn more on what are the different ways to enrol students, see the articles linked below:
Different ways to enrol students | Option A: Using Registration Forms
Different ways to enrol students | Option B: Using the Students Register
Different ways to enrol students | Option C: Using Online Bookings Link
If you have added students directly into the Student's register individually or via the bulk upload option (contact Cheqdin support for more details) and you'd like their parents to submit their registration forms, here's how you can do it:
Before you start this process, ensure that you have added all the students at your centre to the register. Below is an example of what the Student's Register would look like once you've updated all records.
- Go to 'Admissions' > 'Registration Dashboard'
- Click on the 'Sync records from students register' icon
This synchronisation process will ensure that all student records in the student register will have an associated record in the 'Registration Dashboard'.
Once the sync process is complete, click on the 'Batch Action' icon > 'Unlock Form' icon. This process will unlock the registration form for parents and trigger an email to the parents' registered email addresses asking them to review and re-submit the application.
After a parent edits and submits the form, its status changes to 'Unlocked,' which requires approval by the childcare centre.
