How to archive Cheqdin registration forms?

Modified on Wed, 8 May at 11:42 AM

To keep your registration dashboard organized, you can archive registration forms that are no longer needed. This is especially useful for inactive students or children. By archiving their forms, you can save them for your records in a read-only format and make space for new students on your register. You can unarchive or restore an archived registration form at any time if you need it again later.

To archive registration forms:

1. Go to your Registration Dashboard.

2. Go to the registration form that you want to archive and click on the three dots in the 'Action' column.

3. Select 'Archive' from the popup.

4. You will be prompted with a pop-up, Click on 'Archive Permanently'.

5. All the archived forms can be viewed by clicking on the 'Archived Forms' icon on the registrations dashboard.

6. To restore an archived form, navigate to the action column of the form you want to restore and click on the 'Restore Application' icon. You will be prompted with a pop-up, click on 'Confirm' to restore the application back to your registration dashboard.

Did you know? When a student is deactivated from your register, their registration form will be automatically archived.
