You can unarchive or restore a registration form at any time. Archiving or restoring a student's registration form can only be done if you are on any of our paid subscription plans. You cannot unarchive or archive records if you are on 'Cheqdin Rise', our free plan.
If a previously enrolled student's registration form has been archived and you want to unarchive or restore the registration form, you can do this by changing the status of the registration form.
To unarchive or restore a registration form:
1. On the web portal, go to 'Admissions' > 'Registrations Dashboard' > Click on the 'Archived Forms' icon on the right side of your screen.
2. Next to the application you want to unarchive, click on the restore application icon.
3. Click on 'Confirm' when prompted to restore the registration form. You can now view the restored registration form on your registrations dashboard.
Important:
When you restore an application, it will be restored to its previous status. For example, if a student's application form was last in the enrolled status, restoring it would put them back on the enrolled status.
