What do booking screens with online card payment options look like? - Parent View

When at least one online payment method is set up by the centre, parents and carers can start making payments online. In this article, we'll show you what the online bookings screens will look like for a parent making an online booking. 


1. Booking Link View (Parent View):  


For centres that have set up online payments, parents will see the online card payment icons in the booking forms. 



2. Confirm Booking Screen

   

Once all the booking information like the child info/ booking details etc are updated, they will be able to choose from either the online card payment option your centre has set up or the offline payment options (if any are defined).

 


3. Choosing a payment method: Pay with PayPal Account (or) Debit or Credit Card


Here the parent will be presented with an option to log in to their existing PayPal account and make a payment or enter their debit or credit card details and proceed to payment. Please note that even if a parent or carer does not have a PayPal account, they can make a payment with a debit or credit using the 'Debit or Credit Card' option shown on the screen. 

 


4. Payment Details


If the parent chose to make the payment for the booking by debit or credit card, they can enter their card details on this screen and click on 'Pay Now' to make the payment. 



5. Booking Confirmation: 


Once the payment has been processed, the parent will instantly see a booking confirmation on the screen along with their Booking ID. Additionally, the parent and centre admin will both receive an email confirming the booking details. 



6. Payment confirmation email (Parent)

 

After the payment has completed processing, a payment confirmation email from PayPal will be sent to the parents' registered email address. The transaction will appear on the payer's bank account as PAYPAL* [Your Centre's PayPal Account Name] 




7. Payment confirmation email (Centre Admin) 


Once the payment made by a parent or carer has been successfully processed by PayPal, a payment confirmation email from PayPal will be received at the centre's registered (PayPal account) email address. As the centre admin, you'll be able to see the transaction details, payment amount and the parent/ carers email address who made the payment.
