After you have registered one child using the registration form, you can quickly and easily add another child or sibling via the parents portal. This way, all children will be registered and linked to one family account. You can make changes or update information at any time.
To add or register a sibling to your parent account:
- Log in to the parents portal by visiting this link: https://cheqdin.com/app/portal/public/login?type=parents
- Click on 'Registration'
- Click on 'New Registration'
- Select an option to proceed. Please note that registration form options vary for childcare centres, hence if you're not sure about any of the options displayed, please get in touch with your centre manager for more information.
- After you submit the registration form, you will receive an email confirming the newly submitted registration.
Important
You can only add a sibling account directly from the parent portal. The registration section of your parent portal is only available if you have at least one child already registered. If you have not yet registered at least one child account, you must complete the registration of the first child via the registrations link provided by your centre. Once the first child is registered, you can come back to the portal and add other sibling accounts directly.
