A customer ID helps the support or technical team to quickly locate your account and provide you with prompt service and a faster turnaround for your queries. Hence, it is important to provide our support team with your Customer ID when you contact us.

If you are looking to contact our support team or wish to enquire about something the quickest and easiest way for us to locate your account and details is via your Cheqdin customer ID. The customer ID is unique to each cheqdin customer account and is not circulated or reused, so your customer ID is yours to keep forever. Customer IDs are only assigned directly to schools, childcare, out of school and activity or creche centre accounts. In other words, parents and carers do not have customer IDs. 


To find your customer ID, you need to be logged in to the Cheqdin web portal using your centre's (admin) login credentials. 



Here's where you can quickly find or locate your Cheqdin Customer ID: 


  1. On your 'Home' page click on 'Contact Us' under Help & Inspiration 
  2. Your unique ID can be found under the field marked 'Your Customer ID'





Alternatively, another place you can quickly locate your customer ID is in your profile section: 

  1. On your 'Home' page click on 'My Account
  2. Click on 'Profile'
  3. Your unique ID can be found under the field marked 'Customer ID'
