Prior to getting started with invoicing, you need to ensure the following three essential aspects of invoicing have been updated and in order: 

1. Invoice Settings: Please ensure that the invoice settings applicable to your centre have been updated. A step-by-step guide for invoice settings has been provided in 'A Guide to Update Invoice Settings'. 

2. Validation of email addresses for all parents: It is a given that your centre will be sending invoices to your customers (parents or guardians) by email. It is crucial that you validate the email addresses of the primary and secondary contacts for the child before you start sending invoices. This is to avoid invoices being sent to the wrong or incorrect email address and not being paid on time. 

3. Product Prices : Please make sure you have updated the prices of all sessions defined from  Centre Settings > Financial Year > Pricing section.
