Unlocking Registration forms: How can I request parents to amend already submitted registration forms?

Modified on Tue, 20 Feb 2024 at 12:10 PM

All submitted forms will be in 'locked' status by default, to prevent parents from making any further changes to the registration forms. If you want the parents to update the forms or make any changes, you can unlock the form and invite them to edit it.

How can you, as the centre, edit an existing registration form of a student from the dashboard?

1. Go to 'Admissions' > 'Registration Dashboard'.

2. Search for the child's name using the search box.

3. Click on the three dots in the 'Action' column.

4. Select 'Edit Enrolment' from the popup and make the changes and save.

How do you invite a parent to edit an existing application form?

1. Go to 'Admissions' > 'Registration Dashboard'. Select (tick the box) next to the student's name.

2. Click on the batch action button.

3. Click 'Unlock Form'.

4. Click on 'Unlock and auto-send email'.

When you unlock the form, an automated email will be sent to the parent requesting them to review, update, and resubmit the application. The status of the application will be changed to 'Pending Resubmission' for the parent to know. Once the parent completes the resubmission, the status of the form will return to its previous state. For instance, if the form was previously enrolled before unlocking, the status will change back to enrolled after the parent resubmits it.
