Yes, you can send an email to Cheqdin Support with the following details:
- Centre name:
- Customer ID
- Reason for deletion
The subject of the email should be ''Request for account deletion.''
Accounts lesser than 2 months: If the centre is less than 2 months old, the account will be deleted permanently within 3 business days.
Accounts older than 2 months: If your account is more than 2 months old and has been used in the past, a validation call will be done to the admin of your centre to verify the deletion request as this is an irreversible process and you will not be able to recover the account once its deleted.
You will receive an email confirmation once the account is permanently deleted.
